Description
Coverit 2% topical solution/lotion is used to stimulate hair growth in those suffering from male pattern baldness. Androgen imbalance in the body causes male pattern baldness. The active ingredient of the drug is Minoxidil.
The drug is mostly used in cases of people below 40. Women with thinning hair also use Coverit; however, it is always best to consult your dermatologist before using any product to treat the condition.
When applied on the scalp, the formulation works by shortening the telogen phase, prolonging the anagen phase and improving the viability of hair follicles.
