Description
Dazit 10 contains Desloratadine, an antihistamine, to be administered orally. It is an antiallergic medicine that does not make you drowsy. It helps to control your allergy and its symptoms. Desloratadine helps relieve symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis in adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older. Allergic rhinitis is the inflammation of the nasal passages caused by an allergy, hay fever, or allergy to dust mites. The symptoms include an itchy palate, nose, nose, and itchy, red, or watery eyes. Desloratadine is also used to relieve symptoms of urticaria, a skin condition that develops due to an allergy. These symptoms include hives and itching.
Product Description
Do not take Dazit 10 mg if you are allergic to Desloratadine or any other ingredients in the medicine. Talk to your doctor before taking medicine if any of the following applies to you:
- Poor kidney function
- History of seizures
There are no known interactions of Dazit with other medicines. Tell your doctor if you are taking or might take any other medicines.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or planning to have a baby. Ask your doctor for advice before you take this medicine. Taking Desloratadine is not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding a baby. Exercise caution when taking Desloratadine with alcohol.
This medicine is not expected to affect your ability to drive or indulge in activities requiring complete attention at the recommended dose.
Side Effects
Common side effects of Dazit 10 mg are dry mouth, headache, and fatigue. Rarely, a patient may have vomiting, muscle pain, fast heartbeat, muscle pain, upset stomach, stomach ache, drowsiness, hallucinations, or liver inflammation. Feeling sick, diarrhoea, seizures, inability to sleep, abnormal liver function tests, pounding or irregular heartbeat, restless with increased body movement.

How to Use
Always take medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor if you are not sure. The medicine is for oral administration. The recommended dose is one tablet once a day that may be taken with or without a meal. Swallow the tablet whole with water. When deciding the duration of treatment, your doctor will determine the duration according to the type of allergic rhinitis you are suffering and how long you should take medicine. If your allergic rhinitis is persistent, your doctor may recommend you long-term treatment. Be sure to take Desloratadine as it is prescribed for you. No serious complications are expected with accidental overdose. However, if you take more of this medicine than the prescribed amount, tell your doctor immediately.
