Before you start the treatment, your doctor will perform a test to make sure blood pressure does not drop too much when you stand up from a lying or sitting position.
Side Effects
With Duralast 30 mg, you may have fits, notice any changes in your mood, feel lightheaded when you stand up, and have thoughts of suicide or harming yourself. Dapoxetine may cause a significant drop in your blood pressure. So, to avoid the condition, take this tablet with a full glass of water. Also, avoid taking medicine if dehydration often occurs. Dehydration may also occur you have not had to drink more than 4 to 5 hours., or you may sweat for a long time. Dehydration can also be a result of illness where you have diarrhoea, or high temperature. If you feel like you might fain, immediately sit or lie down until you feel better. This will prevent falling and hurting yourself if you do faint. Be careful while standing up after you have been sitting or lying down for a long time. Avoid indulging in activities that require your complete attention if you develop faint feeling while taking medicine. Common side effects of Duralast 30 mg include headache, feeling dizzy, and feeling sick.
How to Use
The general recommended dose of Duralast is 30 mg, consumed 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity, with a glass of water. If your doctor has prescribed you Duralast, then be sure to take it 1 to 3 hours before you involve in sexual activity. The medicine comes in the form of a tablet. Do not take more than one tablet once every 24 hours. Swallow it with a glass full of water. You may take it before or after consuming food. The medicine is not meant for use in men who are under 18 years or over 65 years of age. Adult men aged 18 to 64 years of age. Discuss with your doctor whether you should discontinue treatment or not.
