It contains the active ingredient prazosin, which relaxes your blood vessels and makes it easier for the heart to pump blood around your body. This reduces blood pressure. Prazopress XL is equally effective at treating heart failure and mild enlargement of the prostate gland. It causes relaxation of the prostate and bladder muscles. This makes it easier to pass urine and reduces the urge to urinate frequently.
Product Description
If you are pregnant, thinking about becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding, speak to your healthcare provider. You should also tell them about a history of heart failure, kidney disorder, or liver disease and if you are having eye surgery. The medication may make you dizzy, drowsy, or blur your vision. The use of marijuana and alcohol can make you more dizzy or drowsy. Avoid driving, using machinery, or doing anything that requires your attention or clear vision until you can do it safely.
If you have been prescribed additional blood pressure medications. Limit alcohol consumption. Discuss with your healthcare provider if you are using marijuana. Be cautious when standing for long periods to reduce the risk of dizziness and fainting. Ensure you do not get overheated during exercise, especially in hot weather.
