Description
Qutipin 100 mg is a prescription treatment for people with schizophrenia in people 13 years of age and older. It is equally effective in treating bipolar disorders, depressive episodes and manic episodes associated with bipolar disorder. The product contains the active ingredient Quetiapine fumarate, which can also be used for the long-term treatment of bipolar I disorder with lithium or Divalproex. Qutipin 100 mg treats manic episodes associated with bipolar I disorder in children under ten years. It is unknown if Quetiapine is safe and effective in children under ten years.
Product Description
Before taking Qutipin, tell your doctor if you have cataracts, seizures, liver problems, abnormal thyroid tests, heart problems, low white blood cells count, diabetes, low or high blood pressure, abnormal thyroid, or heart problems. You should also let your doctor know if you are pregnant or plans to become pregnant. Breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking medicine.
Tell your doctor about all the medicines you take, including over the counter, prescription, herbal supplements, and vitamins. Quetiapine and other medicines may affect each other, causing serious side effects. It may affect how the other medicines work, and other drugs may affect how Quetiapine works.
Side Effects
In adults, the most common side effects of Qutipin 100 mg include dizziness, sore throat, dizziness, abdominal pain, constipation, difficulty moving, and weakness. Children and adolescents may experience dry mouth, weight gain, nausea, vomiting, rapid heartbeat, and increased appetite.
Quetiapine can also cause serious side effects, including:

How to Use
