Please allow up to 30 business days from the shipment date for your order to arrive. If it hasn’t reached you by then, or if you’ve received any notifications indicating issues with your delivery, simply reach out to us via our contact form. We’ll address your concerns promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

At PocketChemist, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not entirely happy with the quality of our products for any reason, get in touch within 45 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a free reshipment or issue a refund for the affected item. Please note that queries submitted after the 45-day window will not be entertained.
