Duolin Inhaler 50mcg+20 mcg is ma prescription medicine for relieving symptoms such as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, chest tightness, and breathing difficulties. It is effective in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in which the flow of air to the lungs is blocked. Duolin is a combination drug containing two active ingredients Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium to relieve bronchospasm associated with constructive airways diseases. Both the drugs induce different mechanism of actions, reduces symptoms to a greater extent than provided by a single drug formulation. It increases air flow to the lungs reliving symptoms associated with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.

You should not use Duolin Inhaler if you are allergic to Ipratropium or Levosalbutamol, or any other ingredients present in the medication. Be sure to tell your doctor if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Avoid using Duolin and tell your doctor if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, kidney disease, enlarged prostate, glaucoma, problems with urination, epilepsy, and diabetes. Let your doctor if you are medicines that may interact with your asthma drug. These may include diuretics, antidepressant, hydrochlorothiazide, anticholinergics, and atenolol.
Side Effects
The common side effects associated with the use of Duolin Inhaler 50/20mcg (200mdi) are cough, tremor, palpitations, muscle cramp, shortness of breath, and headache. You can avoid some of these side effects by rinsing your mouth and throat with water after using the Duolin inhaler. You may experience other side effects as well which can life threatening. How to Use
