Excess doses of Naltrexone can cause hepatocellular injury and should not be given to patients with liver failure. This drug antagonizes the effects of opioid-containing medicine such as cold and cough remedies, opioid analgesics, and anti-diarrheal formulations. Side Effects
Nodict 50 mg can cause side effects, but they are usually mild and short-lived.
