Seroflo Rotacaps 50 mcg+250 mcg helps to decrease inflammation in the lungs which can lead to breathing difficulties. It combines two active ingredients Fluticasone and salmeterol which works together to prevent symptoms such as cough, wheezing, chest tightness, and shortness of breath caused by asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). The medicine is not recommended for patients less than twelve years of age. Your doctor may prescribe this combination drug as the maintenance treatment of asthma and is not useful in treating acute severe attack. Fluticasone works by decreasing inflammation in the lungs which makes breathe easier. On the other hand, Salmeterol helps keep muscles around the airways stay relaxed. This prevents asthma symptoms such as cough, chest tightness, wheezing, and shortness of breath.
