You may develop a sore throat, fever, nausea, joint pain, flu symptoms, headache, the first sign of any skin rash, no matter how mild, pain or bleeding when you urinate, upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine. You may take the tablet in the evening with a glass full of water. The statin medication does affect the metabolism, so you may take it before or after consuming food.
