Description
Sodium chloride 10 ml is a parenteral solution containing sodium chloride in water for injection intended for intravenous administration. It is indicated only for diluting or dissolving drugs for injection, as per the instructions of the manufacturer of the drug to be administered. Sodium chloride of 10 ml is effective at maintaining fluid balance in and around the body’s cells and tissues. It supports the restoration of the normal salt balance. The injection acts as a source of electrolytes and water for hydration.
Product Description
Check the doctor’s instructions before handling sodium chloride 10 ml solution. Appropriate volume should be used for dissolving the drugs to be injected. Sodium chloride injection containing additives should only be given to a pregnant lady if clearly required. The safety and effectiveness of paediatric patients have not been established. A fluid volume may affect fluid and electrolyte balance in very small infants.
Side Effects
Side effects that may occur because of this solution added drugs, or the technique of reconstitution or administration of local tenderness, abscess (collection of pus in tissues, organs, or confined spaces in the body), tissue necrosis (death of cells in tissues), or venous thrombosis (occurs when blood clots form in one or more of the deep veins usually in the legs, infection at the site of injection.

Your healthcare provider will administer the sodium chloride injection of 10 ml; do not self-administer.
